Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbs milk
- 1/2 tsp Curcumin C3 Complex®
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine and mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Garnish with cinnamon
- Serve with your favorite vegetables and pita bread
