Ingredients

  • For the granola:
  • 1 cup dry oats
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/8 tsp Curcumin C3 Reduct®
    (Colorless Turmeric)
  • 1/2 tbs cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • For parfait:
  • 60 oz container yogurt
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 4 cups blueberries

Instructions

*MAKES 4 SERVINGS*
  1. Preheat oven 325
  2. In a large bowl, combine and mix together oats, pecans, dates, chia seeds, Curcumin C3 Reduct® (Colorless Turmeric), and cinnamon
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, vanilla. Then pour the tahini mixture into the other bowl of ingredients and mix
  4. Pour granola onto a baking sheet and bake until golden brown (about 20 to 25 minutes). Allow to cool for 5 minutes before making parfait
  5. To make the parfait, layer yogurt, blueberries and granola in a glass or jar. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top
